Your 1:1 sessions are a dedicated space, just for you, where we slow down, go gently beneath the surface, and begin to work with what's really going on. No rushing, no pressure to have the right words, and no expectation that you'll arrive with everything figured out.
Each session is 90 minutes and combines mindfulness coaching, EFT tapping and nervous system support, woven together in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
We work at your pace, and every session is tailored entirely to you and what you're carrying.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. It's a genuine, human conversation combined with practical, body-based tools that create shifts you can actually feel.
These sessions are ideal if you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted - or if you've lost touch with yourself and want personalised support to find your way back.
If you're based in Lincolnshire, we can work together in person. If you're further afield, sessions are available online via video call.
What to expect:
Each session runs for 90 minutes. We'll begin by checking in with where you are, before moving into the mindfulness meditations and EFT tapping work together. You'll leave with something to take away, a shift, a new awareness, or a simple practice to carry into your week.

This is where the real depth happens, as trust builds, so does the work, and many women find this is where lasting shifts begin to take root. The package of 4 is the most popular way to work with me, and the one I recommend if you're ready to go deeper and give yourself the time and space this work deserves.

Group Sessions
The power of shared experience
There is something quietly powerful about being in a room, even a virtual one, with other women who understand exactly how you're feeling.
My group sessions and workshops bring together small groups of women (between 4 to 12 people) for guided mindfulness and EFT tapping sessions in a warm, safe and supportive space. No one is put on the spot. No one has to share more than they want to. You can simply show up, breathe, and let the mindfulness work do what it does.
Sessions are 60-90 minutes and run in person or online via video call, whether you're in Lincoln, across Lincolnshire, or further afield.
